SERVICES

My mission is to help you find your unique path in life. I will not tell you what direction to take, but rather offer you a space to discover that answer for yourself and the support you need to pursue it.

  • Meetings can be designed to support a specific goal(s) such as treating anxiety and depression, building confidence, or developing social, intrapersonal, or daily living skills. I enhance the traditional therapy model by including games, recreation in the outdoors, and creative learning experiences when appropriate. This helps me form positive relationships and has been successful when engaging teens and young adults that may be hesitant to pursue therapy.

  • My specialized approach informs meetings with adults and couples. I keep my focus on building a strong relationship which allows me to offer meaningful and constructive reflections. Of greatest importance is not to place blame but instead identify each person’s role and new ways to engage in a healthier path forward. My work focuses on the whole person and aims to create a deeper connection within and without so that your fullest potential can be realized.

  • Mentoring packages offer less formal, more experiential sessions that last two to four hours and are conducted by a trained counselor. They occur outside of the office and usually include outdoor activities like hiking, sports, and more. These are highly individualized based upon your unique situation and interests. They may also include parent coaching and other layers of support crafted for you and your family to most effectively address your areas of need. Mentoring may also occur virtually with quarterly or biannual in person adventures/excursions.

  • When providing therapy to teenagers, it is crucial to focus on the family unit. I offer parent coaching and family therapy to help improve familial relationships. We identify and practice skills that will allow your relationship with your child to mature as they do. This will include tools to increase your ability to bring firmness and compassion to your parenting style.
