— Client, 23 years old
I cannot overstate the positive impact Shawn has had on our son’s life from ages 15 to 18. He provided a literal lifeline for our family after our son suffered a debilitating episode of depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. His steady hand and solid guidance played a critical role in our family dynamic moving forward. Shawn helped us learn how to communicate effectively and compassionately, and our son’s growth in emotional maturity and personal responsibility has been remarkable. He is on his way to college next year and will be majoring in Psychology.
— Parent
Shawn helped us through one of the hardest and most emotional times in our relationship. My husband was initially hesitant to go to therapy, but quickly warmed to Shawn. Shawn’s empathy, patience and vulnerability helped us strengthen our relationship and develop communication skills that still benefit us every day.
